Citrix Health ChecksThe performance of a Citrix environment depends on the effective application and enforcement of standards. Secure Web Delivery Assessment Under the service, Centralis will carry out an investigation at the customers site in order to complete a report on the options and recommendations for secure web access. This report will typically cover the following: · Existing security architecture including firewalls · Existing web provisioning and Citrix solution · Options for secure web delivery of applications · Centralis recommendations for service delivery · Any additional services or infrastructure required to deliver the service Based on the report, Centralis will schedule a visit to the customer’s site to install and configure the recommended solution. Under the standard service, this visit will include the option to book on-site for the Centralis consultant, covering the following: · Installation & configuration of Citrix web services software and security software · Integration of the solution with the customers existing firewall / security solution · Optional integration of the solution with the customers directory services Following the on site consultancy, Centralis will prepare a detailed report on the work carried out and the configuration parameters applied. Virtualisation Infrastructure Assessment The service is designed for companies planning server consolidation projects who need guidance on sizing requirements and justification of expenditures to facilitate consolidation via virtualisation. The service will estimate potential cost savings through server consolidation and provide an estimate of the required server hardware and VMware virtual infrastructure licenses that will be required. The Centralis service leverages VMware Capacity Planner for data collection, scenario creation, and optimisation analysis. Service Summary Centralis will gather up to 30 days of system and performance data on existing x86 servers in your environment. To collect the data, a consultant installs VMware Capacity Planner Data Manager at one site (up to 4 collectors). Centralis will analyse data on up to 200 existing x86 servers.
