Investor in People (IIP) is our commitment to train and develop all our staff, and to communicate effectively with them. IIP is not just about training - it covers all aspects of the business, from business planning to staff reviews, from internal communication to personnel systems.

IIP means that you can be confident that all our staff will be knowledgeable and professional, and supported by an organisation that values them and their skills.
What did we do to achieve it ?
Certification is based on site visits by qualified assessors to review systems and staff, followed by assessment by an external recognition panel.
