What does BS EN ISO 9001:2000 mean to Centralis?
ISO 9001 is the quality benchmark for all our internal and customer facing systems and procedures, as well as for Centralis software. It ensures that every aspect of the company's business and operations is documented and based on audited procedures.
What does it mean to our customers ?
ISO9001 means that you can be confident that all our projects and customer engagements will be managed using structured procedures. It also means that our software has been designed and products have been subject to rigorous internal testing prior to release.
What did we do to achieve it ?
Certification is based on an initial in-depth assessment over several days, followed by annual site visits by qualified external auditors to review systems, procedures, documentation and staff.
