Centralis customers have the opportunity to take advantage of our investment in Citrix early adopter programs with a preview of their upcoming streaming solution.

Streaming applications onto desktop devices so that they can be used on or off the network is just the start.  Integration with the Citrix Access suite and Advanced Access Control means that you can dynamically switch between locally installed and virtualised applications based on a simple test of the client device.

If you have the software installed, use it.  If not, first stream it, then use it.  If you can’t do either, launch it from Presentation Server!  Register your interest for our June seminar to see the future of agile application delivery in action.

New Strategic Partnerships Deliver the Agile Enterprise

New top-level partnership announcements with VMware, Wyse, Macrovision and Scriptlogic together with Citrix Platinum Partner status underpin what Centralis can offer to customers, collectively termed “Agile Enterprise Solutions”.

Covering virtualisation, thin computing and streaming products, application packaging and enterprise Windows administration tools, the new partnerships allow Centralis to offer end-to-end solutions, from simplifying the client device, through flexible access solutions to server centralisation and consolidation.

Harvester 4.0 launched

Packed with new features and updated to manage Citrix Presentation Server 4.0, Centralis Harvester not only carries out administration tasks in a fraction of the time, it allows a wide range of standards to be reported and enforced across the farm.

Support for multiple farms is included for the first time, plus the ability to save and restore an entire farm configuration.  Template-based reports allow key farm metrics to be displayed in web pages, and a new dashboard feature is promised as a free upgrade in the near future, bringing real-time farm monitoring and alerting directly to your desktop.

Centralis, VMware & Wyse join forces at iForum

Centralis will be exhibiting at Citrix iForum in Edinburgh 3rd – 5th July, stand 47.  In collaboration with VMware and WYSE, Centralis will be demonstrating VMWare virtualisation, WYSE Streaming Manager and Harvester 4.0.
