If you engage with an organisation on a project you expect it to deliver on-time and on-budget - but how often does a supplier meet your expectations?

Centralis provides a number of service delivery options to ensure that you get the right level of planning, reporting, project management and overall service delivery that you require.   

Whether it is Prince 2 methodology or just structured plans and attention to detail, we will apply the resources and expertise necessary to deliver your project.

Our project office is headed up by a board-level director with responsibility for our ISO 9000 quality standard, and staffed by Prince 2 certified practitioners, project managers and service delivery staff - all tasked with ensuring we deliver on time, on budget and to your specification.

Programme Management
   





For major transformation projects Centralis recommends that customers use a Centralis Prince 2 Practitioner qualified Senior Consultant.   This ensures that the correct levels of planning, monitoring and risk analysis are applied and that the programme of change has a consistent individual leading the change.

Within this service customers can expect:

  • Project Initiation Documents - Clearly stating rationale, business case, contact information and success criteria

  • Risk Analysis - Experienced, expert analysis on likely issues and the measures needed to address them

  • Detailed Plans - Gantt charts, including tasks, dependencies and critical path analysis

  • Milestones - Key project deliverables and deadlines to measure ongoing progress

  • Work Packages - Defined work elements which can be commissioned and signed off when completed

  • Weekly Reports - All major activity on the programme of work tracked and reported in a clear, consistent report

  • Board Reviews - Regular meetings led by the Programme Manager to review progress and agree actions

Project Management
   

For small to medium sized projects customers have the options of using the full Prince 2 project methodology (see Programme Management) or choosing Project Management.

Where Project Management is selected Centralis will still use its project methodology, however the documentation will be less detailed and the Prince 2 Practitioner level resource will be involved in an advisory and reviewing role, rather than directly managing the project.

This is also appropriate where customers have their own Prince 2 practitioner and wish Centralis to report into their overall project governance. and management.   

Either way, customers are assured of detailed planning, reporting and project management to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.

The Project Management Service typically includes:
