How is Centralis AXE

AXE 3 licensing is based upon the number of ZENworks for Desktops
users who will access Application Objects which have been created
through AXE. The pricing and licensing model for AXE 3 has changed
from that of AXE 2, the new model is detailed below.

I already have a previous version of AXE, but I did not purchase
Upgrade Protection, how much will it cost me to upgrade to AXE 3? |

You can upgrade to AXE 3 by taking advantage of the special offer
which is available until 31st December 2004. You will need to
purchase Upgrade Protection for AXE 2 this will then allow you to
upgrade to AXE 3, however if you wish cover for any new versions of
AXE you will need to purchase Upgrade Protection for AXE 3
separately. |

You can upgrade to AXE 3 Standard Edition under your Upgrade
Protection, however the licensing model for AXE 3 has been
simplified, and single user licences are no longer available. If you
wish to increase your license count you will need to upgrade to the
next edition of AXE 3 and the pay the difference between the
original cost and the cost of the version you require. The cost
would therefore be £500.00 (Corporate License cost of £3000.00 less
AXE 2 base license £2500.00)*.

The licensing model for AXE 3 has been simplified, and single user
licences are no longer available. If you wish to increase your
license count and you do not have subscription advantage you will
need purchase subscription advantage for the correct number of
licences to upgrade to the next edition of AXE. You would then have
to pay the difference between the original cost and the newer
Edition cost which will then licence you for the additional users.

rather then the Corporate Edition? |

No – if you have more than 1,000 you must buy the Corporate
edition. The new pricing model has been designed to compensate you
for moving up a license band. |
